Elior: Oddo raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - The group expects a strong recovery in business in 2022, with organic growth of at least 18% and an EBIT margin of 2.

Following this publication, Oddo analysts are increasing their expectations for 2022 and now expect organic growth of 18.8%e (vs. 15.8% previsouly), Likewise, they have edged up their margin expectations (2.2%e vs. 2.1% previously).

Analysts expect organic growth of 7.6% in 2023 (vs. 8.9% previously), followed by 4.8% in 2024 (unchanged) and an EBIT margin of 4.0% (vs. 3.6% previously), the broker adds.

Oddo confirms its underperform recommendation on the stock, although has increased its target price to 6.2 euros (from 5.7 euros - current price: 6.1 euros, +1%).
