Elior: new chief compliance officer

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior Group announces the appointment of Pascal Lefèbvre as Chief Compliance Officer.
He will report to Philippe Guillemot, Elior Group's CEO and a member of the Group's Management Committee.

"Pascal Lefèbvre is responsible for implementing compliance regulations and internal-control procedures up to, and including compliance control monitoring. He oversees control procedures, counsels and trains managers on these issues and monitors actions carried out to identify areas of improvement," the group said.

From 2010 to 2018, he was Director of Financial Control at Elior Group. From 2010 to 2018, he served as the Financial Control Director of Elior Group. As of 2014, following the Group's second market flotation, he implemented an internal-control and risk-management process at all of the Group's subsidiaries. Until 2015, he was in charge of acquisitions and disposals.
