Fnac Darty: in talks to sell subsidiary BCC

(CercleFinance.com) - Fnac Darty has announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Mirage Retail Group for the sale of 100% of its Dutch subsidiary BCC for a symbolic price.


BCC has a network of 62 shops. In January 2020, Fnac Darty launched an active search process to find a new partner for BCC.

Mirage is a retail platform that owns several chain stores in the Netherlands, including Blokker, Big Bazar, Intertoys and more recently Miniso.
