Fnac Darty: partners Bouygues Telecom in smartphone repair

(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Telecom has announced its partnership with WeFix, a subsidiary of Fnac Darty group that offers express repair services for smartphones.

It will offer Smartphone Repair, a solution to extend the lives of smartphones.

According to a survey conducted for Bouygues Telecom by Poll & Roll last July, 36% of French people with a mobile phone say that they have broken it in the past two years, the telecom operator stated.

Customers with a mobile contract with commitment will hence be able to use WeFix's services for any type of damage, with an average repair time of approximately 20 minutes in 98% of cases.
