Technicolor: to repay EIB loan early

(CercleFinance.com) - Technicolor has announced its intention to repay the European Investment Bank (EIB) loan of 90 million euros early, i.
e. by 31 December 2018.

Its other term loans, maturing in 2023, do not carry any financial covenants.

The media and entertainment technology group, which says it is not involved in any strategic discussions, now expects 2018 adjusted EBITDA (at constant currencies) of between 265 million and 275 million euros, in line with the current consensus.

This estimate results from continued growth in the services production business, the acceleration of the connected home transformation program and residual revenues from patent licenses.
