Edenred: presents strategic plan through to 2025

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred is presenting 'Beyond' today, its new strategic plan for 2025, which is based on a vision: "to be the everyday platform for people at work".


"Our new strategic plan, is a response to today's new paradigm shaped by a disruptive change in work habits, the energy transition and the increasing digitization of the economy", management said.

Via Beyond Food, Beyond Fuel and Beyond Payment, Edenred intends to accelerate the development of its solutions beyond both meal vouchers, fuel cards and payment solutions. Edenred therefore intends to aggregate, orchestrate and distribute a growing number of B2B2C solutions on its digital platform.

"We will also create new partnerships to distribute our solutions and aggregate third-party products on our own platform. We will further leverage the power of our data to create new sources of revenue. And we will explore new opportunities to expand in new markets", it added.

Based on this plan, Edenred expects to achieve total revenue of around 5 billion euros by 2030.

The ideas don't seem to be particularly convincing, however, with the share failing to get off the ground in early trading today (-0.3% at 10 am).
