Edenred: E600m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred has announced successfully placing bonds totaling 600 million euros, which will mature in 9 years (on 18 June 2029), bearing a coupon of 1.
375%.

This bond issue will strengthen the transactional solutions group's financial resources and increase the average maturity of its debt under favourable terms.

Edenred will use the net proceeds from this bond issue for general corporate purposes, in addition to repaying a 250 million euro bond (2.625% coupon) maturing at the end of October 2020.

Oversubscribed to more than twice over, with total demand exceeding 1.2 billion euros, this issue was placed with a diversified base of international institutional investors.
