Edenred: invests in Fuse Universal

(CercleFinance.com) - Through its venture capital structure Edenred Capital Partners, announces that it will take a minority stake in Fuse Universal, a professional learning technology platform.


"Its next-generation mobile-first platform is used by over 130 customers, including Spotify, Adidas, Scandic and Vodafone, and representing millions of users globally," the prepaid service group said.

This investment is based on Edenred's expertise in the world of work and its unique relations with a network of 830,000 companies. It will contribute to the development of Fuse's businesses in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
