Edenred: JP Morgan Securities reduces stake

(CercleFinance.com) - JP Morgan Securities has informed the AMF that on 15 May it has reduced its stake in the pre-paid service and luncheon voucher company Edenred to below the thresholds of 5% of its capital and voting rights.
It now holds 4.07% of Edenred's capital and 3.97% of its voting rights.

The crossing of these thresholds results from the OTC sale of Edenred shares.
