Suez: confirms support for Ardian's offer

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday morning Suez's Board of Directors confirmed its support for Ardian's letter of intent to acquire 29.
9% of the shares held by Engie in Suez.

This transaction would be immediately followed by a public offer in cash for all Suez shareholders, under the same terms.

Suez says that it has taken note of the statements made by Engie and Veolia yesterday - in particular regarding the postponement of Veolia's offer until 5 October.
