Getlink: TCI raises stake

(CercleFinance.com) - This morning the Autorité des Marchés Financiers published a notice stating that on 1 March, the London fund manager TCI Fund Management increased its stake in Getlink to above the threshold of 10% of the company's voting rights.


On this date, after a purchase of shares on the market, on behalf of its funds the activist investor held 11.63% of Channel Tunnel operator's capital (against 11.08% according to a previous statement) and 10.01% of its voting rights.
