Getlink: record month of November for shuttle freight

(CercleFinance.com) - Getlink boasts a record month of November for Shuttle Freight, having transported 151,107 trucks, up 8% y-o-y.
This is the third best month in absolute terms - behind October 2018 and March 2017, which each had one more day.

The channel tunnel operator says that traffic for Passenger Shuttles saw the best month of November since 2013, with 163,621 vehicles transported, up 16% year-on-year.

Since 1 January, over 1.5 million trucks have crossed the Channel with Le Shuttle Freight and more than 2.4 million passenger vehicles aboard the Shuttle, with respective increases of 4% and 3% compared to the first eleven months of 2017.
