Argan: Oddo still a buyer after trading update

(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo BHF reinstates its "outperform" rating on Argan shares, along with a target price of 120 euros, following the trading update of the real estate company that is specialised in logistics assets, which it said was marked by "sustained operational momentum".


The analyst said that the publication confirms the visibility that can be expected from Argan's future growth, noting that the company has already secured its 2023 developments.

As mentioned in its very recent study, analysts also expect Argan's cost of debt to fall in 2022 and 2023, with it able to integrate the EPRA index in the first quarter of 2023.
