Rexel: E600m sustainability-linked note offering

(CercleFinance.com) - Electrical supplies distributor Rexel has announced its intention to issue 600 million euros of senior unsecured sustainability-linked notes due in 2028.


The notes, which will be callable at Rexel's discretion from December 2024, will rank pari passu with Rexel's senior credit facility and other senior unsecured notes.

The interest rate on the notes will be increased by 25 bp from 15 June 2024, if Rexel fails to meet selected sustainability performance targets under its new Sustainability-Linked Bond Framework (SLBF).
