Rexel: not renewing its contract with Fitch

(CercleFinance.com) - Rexel has decided not to renew its contract with the rating agency Fitch Ratings, while remaining rated by Moody's and Standard & Poor's.


“This decision takes into account the reduction in the level of debt of Rexel and is in line with the market practice, with a majority of companies having credit coverage assured by two agencies.”

The group is currently rated “Ba2” with a “stable” perspective by Moody's and "BB" with a "stable" perspective by S&P.
