Scor: net income, group share reaches E234m

(CercleFinance.com) - Gross premiums issued reached 16,368 million euros in 2020, up 1.
8% at constant exchange rates compared to 2019 (+0.2% at current exchange rates).

For 2020 Scor's bottom line reached 234 million euros. Annualised return on equity (ROE) was 3.8%, 327 basis points above the risk-free rate. The group is proposing a dividend of 1.80 euro per share.

At 31 December 2020, the Group's estimated solvency ratio reached 220%, at the upper limit of the optimal solvency zone of 185% - 220% defined in the Quantum Leap strategic plan. The Group's gearing stood at 28.5% at 31 December 2020, up 2.1 points compared with 31 December 2019.
