Korian: new investment agreement for Ages & Vie

(CercleFinance.com) - Korian, Crédit Agricole and Banque des Territoires announce that they have entered into a new partnership to finance the development of a second inclusive housing program involving 330 Ages & Vie shared apartments to be delivered by 2025.


This 20-year partnership will finance the real estate investment through a SCI Foncière, which is 30%-owned and controlled by Korian and 70% equally owned by Crédit Agricole and Banque des Territoires.

This 400 million euro investment agreement follows the first agreement in 2019. By the end of 2025, the Ages & Vie network is expected to have 500 to 600 homes providing accommodation for nearly 5,000 elderly people and creating 1,500 to 1,800 jobs for life assistants.
