Korian: confirms acquisition of Inicea

(CercleFinance.com) - Korian has confirmed the definitive acquisition of Inicea from Antin Infrastructure Partners.


The company has obtained the necessary approvals from regulatory and competition authorities.

Korian now operates 30 clinics specialising in psychiatry and addictology, bringing together the 11 establishments owned by Korian in France and the 19 establishments of the Inicea network.

This acquisition makes Korian the number three player in its domain in France.
