Arkema: acquires Polimeros Especiales in Mexico

(CercleFinance.com) - Arkema has announced the acquisition of Polimeros Especiales, a privately-held Mexican company that produces high-performance water-based resins for a wide range of applications.


This transaction will enable Arkema to strengthen its position in this fast growing region.

In 2021, Polimeros Especiales had sales of around 40 million dollars and 230 employees.

The project - which is still subject to regulatory approvals - is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.
