Arkema: BlackRock raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 11 August it raised its stake in Arkema's capital to above the threshold of 5%, and it now holds 5.
02% of the chemical group's capital and 4.42% of its voting rights.

The US asset manager said that the crossing of this threshold results from the purchase of Arkema shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
