Legrand: 9m net income down 21%

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand's 9m 2020 sales came in at 4,493.
9m, down 8.1% y-o-y.

Over the first nine months of the year, organic sales were down 10.0%, with declines in both mature countries (-9.5%) and new economies (-11.4%).

Adjusted OP came in at 841.4 million euros over the first nine months of the year, down 15.7% y-o-y. Its adjusted operating margin therefore represented 18.7% of sales. Net income, group share fell by 131.7 million euros (-21%) compared with 30 September 2019.

At 17.2% of sales, normalised free cash flow was up 2.2%.
