Legrand: dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand has announced that its combined general meeting, which was held behind closed doors on 27 May, approved the payment of a dividend of 1.
34 euro per share for 2019, which will be detached on 1 June and paid on 3 June.

The meeting also renewed Angeles Garcia-Poveda's term of office for three years, who will serve as chairwoman of the Board of Directors from 1 July.

Out of solidarity, Legrand also announced a reduction in the CEO's remuneration, along with pay cuts for the entire management team, as well as a freeze on the Board's remuneration for 2020.
