Legrand: syndicated loan amended and extended

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand has announced signed a new agreement amending and extending the syndicated multi-currency loan initially signed in October 2011, then modified in July 2014, with all banks previously party to this contract.


Under the terms of the agreement, the maximum maturity of this 900 million euro revolving credit line is extended by 5.5 years, i.e. until December 2026, with better financial terms than in July 2014.

Legrand also confirms its CSR commitment by introducing an non-financial performance criterion in the margin computation, which will now be adjusted each year to reflect the Group's CSR roadmap achievement rate.
