Legrand: 1.26 euro dividend payment per share

(CercleFinance.com) - On 30 May, Legrand Group's combined general shareholder meeting approved the payment of a dividend of 1.
26 euro per share for FY 2017.

The dividend will be detached on 1 June, and paid on 5 June.

In addition, Edward A. Gilhuly and Patrick Koller have been appointed independent directors for a four-year term of office. They will also respectively become members of the Strategy and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and the Appointments and Governance Committee.

Finally, the directorships of Olivier Bazil and Gilles Schnepp were renewed.
