EDF: squeeze-out on 8 June

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the squeeze-out for EDF's shares and 2024 convertible bonds will take place on 8 June, at prices net of all costs of E12 per share and E15.
52 per convertible bond.
The trading of the shares will remain suspended until the squeeze-out is implemented.

The squeeze-out will cover 91,454,896 EDF shares, representing 2.19% of the share capital and 1.99% of the voting rights of the energy group, as well as 35,400 OCEANE 2024 bonds, representing 44.09% of the OCEANE 2024 bonds in issue.
