EDF: to issue a new hybrid bond

(CercleFinance.com) - EDF intends to issue a new hybrid bond and repurchase existing hybrid bonds.


The new super-subordinate bond issue will have an indefinite term
in euros, including a first early redemption option at the company's discretion, in October 2024.

The results of the contractual repurchase offer of redemption will be announced on 3 October 2018 (subject to any extension, withdrawal, termination or modification of this repurchase offer).
