EDF: to sell stake in Dunkerque LNG

(CercleFinance.com) - The EDF Group announced on Friday evening that it had entered into exclusive negotiations with two groups of investors, with a view to selling its 65.
01% share in Dunkirk LNG's capital (owner and operator of the Dunkirk LNG terminal).

Thus, a consortium consisting of Fluxys, AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, for its customers, and Crédit Agricole Assurances have undertaken to acquire a 31% shareholding.

In addition, a consortium of Korean investors, including Samsung Securities, IBK Securities and hanwhainvestment & Securities has committed itself to acquiring a 34.01% stake.

The deal is set to be finalised in the second half of 2018.
