Mercialys: several transactions with SCI AMR

(CercleFinance.com) - Mercialys announces that it has sold three Monoprix sites to SCI AMR, located at Chaville, Puteaux and Marcq-en-Baroeul, as well as two hypermarkets situated in Besançon and Gassin, based on a valuation of 212 million euros, purchase costs included, of 100% of the assets.


At the same time, the property management company bought the 60.1% from SCI AMR that it didn't yet hold in the commercial centres of Montauban and Valence 2, and Dijon Chenôve, with all of the assets at 100% being valued, purchase costs included, at 43 million.

The net total cash-in for Mercialys linked to these transactions is close to 120 million euros. Its balance sheet and liquidity are strongly reinforced, helping the company manage its debt ratio.
