Alstom: Bouygues raises stake above 25% of VR

(CercleFinance.com) - On 18 October, Bouygues informed the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 20% and 25% of Alstom's voting rights (VR) and that it now holds 14.
67% of the group's capital and 28.37% of its voting rights, following the attribution of double voting rights to the declarant.

Bouygues does not plan to purchase shares or acquire control of Alstom. Bouygues and Olivier Bouygues retain their directorships, but the conglomerate does not intend to request other appointments.
