Alstom: new trains for two French regions
(CercleFinance.com) - After trading on Monday Alstom announced that it will provide 14 additional Coradia versatile trains to the regions of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Grand Est, for a total of around 100 million euros.
This comes as part of the "Régiolis" contract, which was signed in 2009, and these trains come in addition to the 285 trains already ordered by the Regions and the French State. The Region Bourgogne-Franche-Comté has ordered 8 Regiolis electric 4-carriage trains that will complement the 16 trains of the same type already notified, 9 of which have already been delivered.
