Engie: agreement for sale of Culturespaces
(CercleFinance.com) - Engie and Bruno Monnier, the chairman and founder of Culturespaces, announce that they have reached an agreement with the consortium formed by IDI and Chevrillon, for the sale of 100% of Culturespaces (70 million euros in revenues in 2019).
IDI is a private equity specialist, while Chevrillon is a family-owned company that invests in existing or newly created industrial and service companies with a view to transforming them into national or global leaders.
Owned by Engie (86.14%) and Bruno Monnier (13.86%), Culturespaces is a French specialist in the global management of cultural venues and a world pioneer in the creation of digital art centres and immersive exhibitions.
With this sale, Engie is pursuing its strategic refocusing plan to concentrate on its core energy activities.
