Engie: renewable energy projects in Mexico

(CercleFinance.com) - Engie and Tokyo Gas announce the creation of Heolios EnTG, a joint 50/50 venture owned to develop renewable energy projects in Mexico.


Heolios EnTG will be responsible for the development, financing, construction, ownership, operation and maintenance of six renewable energy projects in Mexico.

Two of the projects are terrestrial wind farms, while the other four are solar photo-voltaic projects, with a cumulative capacity of 898.7 MW, i.e. production sufficient to supply 1.3 million Mexican households.
