Nexity: confirms annual targets

(CercleFinance.com) - Nexity has published sales of 3,288 million euros over the first 9 months of the year, and 3,077 million euros in the new scope (excluding contribution from activities sold in H1), up 639 million euros (+26%) compared to the end of September 2020.


Q3 sales rose 12% y-o-y.

The group has confirmed its annual targets. It expects around 20,000 new housing reservations over 2021, revenues of more than 4.4 billion euros excluding the contribution of divested activities, at least equal to 2020 on the new scope and underlying operating income in the new scope of greater than 360 million euros, i.e. an operating margin of over 8%.
