Nexity: board shake-up

(CercleFinance.com) - Property development group Nexity says that its board of directors has adopted a series of decisions relating to governance, which, subject to the approval of the resolutions by its general shareholder meeting, will lead to a new organisation of its general management.


The changes include the separation of the functions of Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, with Véronique Bédague appointed as CEO, while Alain Dinin will remain Board Chairman.

Julien Carmona has not requested the renewal of his mandate as Deputy CEO. Jean-Claude Bassien, who is already Deputy CEO in charge of Nexity's services, will be the company's second corporate officer, together with Véronique Bédague.
