Nexity: targets strong growth in operating profit

(CercleFinance.com) - The real estate group's 2020 revenues came in at 4,855 million euros, up 356 million euros (+7.
9% compared with 2019).

EBITDA amounted to 550 million euros at the end of 2020 (a tad lower than the 573 million euros posted in 2019), representing a margin of 11.3% (-1.4 points relative to 2019). Profit from recurrent operations reached 285 million euros, compared with 353 million euros at 31 December 2019.

Net income, group share reached 118 million euros, down 27% from 161 million euros the previous year.

For 2021, management expects revenue to be at least equivalent to its level in 2020 at a constant consolidation scope, with underlying operating profit expected to increase sharply to at least 350 million euros, representing a margin of over 7% in 2021.
