Bureau Veritas: buys California's Prescience

(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas has announced the acquisition of PreScience, a Californian company specialising in project and construction management, as well as engineering and inspection in the field of transport infrastructure.


Founded in 2013, PreScience is expected to have revenues of around 25 million dollars in 2021.

It said that together, we will play a central role in the fast-growing US infrastructure market and contribute to safe, sustainable and environmentally friendly infrastructure for the transportation of people and goods.
