Bureau Veritas: Wellington Mgt increases stake to over 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Wellington Management Group, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 1 September it raised its stake in the testing and certification group Bureau Veritas' capital and that it now holds 5.
30% of the group's capital and 3.86% of its voting rights, after buying shares on the market.

For the record, its shares are currently up 1%, just outperforming the market in Paris.
