Bureau Veritas: Oddo BHF says group has 'robust fundamentals

(CercleFinance.com) - An Oddo BHF analyst today confirms a "buy" recommendation on the Bureau Veritas share, seeing a negative impact from the coronavirus epidemic in the near term, while welcoming the group's solid fundamentals.


The broker has cut its 2020 EPS estimates by 5%, assuming that the coronavirus will have an impact of about 75 million euros on group sales, leading to organic growth of 3.2% over the year (with a slightly negative Q1), with it protecting its margin at 16.3% in 2020, it says.

Oddo BHF has also confirmed its target price of 27.50 euros, meaning upside potential of 20%.
