Bureau Veritas: acquires Capital Energy

(CercleFinance.com) - The Bureau Veritas Group reports that it has finalised the acquisition of Capital Energy, a French management company of CEE (Energy Savings Certificates).


Created in 2010 in Paris, the company has an office in Nantes, employs 36 people and generated sales of around 23 million euros in 2017.

"This acquisition enables Bureau Veritas to expand its range of energy efficiency services for the building and industrial asset sector. White certificates belong to a rapidly expanding market segment fueled by voluntary energy efficiency initiatives," the group said.
