Trigano: acquisition in the Netherlands

(CercleFinance.com) - Caravan and mobile home maker Trigano has announced that on 27 August it acquired 60% of the capital of GIMEG Holding, with the remaining 40% being retained by GIMEG's management team, which may be acquired by Trigano in the coming years.


Based in the Netherlands, GIMEG is specialised in the wholesale distribution of accessories for recreational vehicles, camping equipment and gas-powered leisure equipment. With its own brands, it offers a diversified range of approximately 9,200 references.

It has a network of 1,400 clients, including leisure vehicle distributors, wholesalers and leisure and DIY stores. GIMEG employs 50 people, is profitable and had sales of 35 million euros in 2019.
