iliad: tender offer open from 9 to 24 September

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has declared the simplified tender offer for Iliad shares filed by BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale on behalf of Holdco II as compliant, and has said that the offer will be open from 9 to 24 September inclusive.


On behalf of Holdco II, Exane BNP Paribas will acquire on the market the shares that will be tendered to the offer, on the basis of a purchase order at a price of 182 euros per share for all Iliad shares not held by the offeror.

A semi-centralised procedure by Euronext Paris will be set up to enable the offeror to pay the brokerage fees of the selling shareholders. It will announce the terms and conditions of the offer and its detailed schedule.
