Orpéa: raises FY sales target

(CercleFinance.com) - Orpéa says that it has raised its FY 2021 revenue growth target to over 7.
5%, or at least 4,215 million euros (compared to at least +6%, or 4,155 million euros previously).

The long-term care group says that it has increased its target due to rising occupancy rates, which began in March and accelerated in June, in addition to the contribution made by new selective acquisitions announced at the same time.

The company has also announced six acquisitions, representing 4,713 beds (of which 20% under development) in Ireland, Switzerland and Spain, and additional FY revenues, in the next two to three years, of over 210 million euros, with significant leverage on profitability.
