Orange: Jacques Aschenbroich appointed chairman

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced the election of Jacques Aschenbroich as non-executive chairman of its board of directors, following his appointment as an independent director for four years at its AGM held on Thursday.


The AGM also appointed Valérie Beaulieu-James as an independent director, again for four years. Christel Heydemann and Ramon Fernandez were confirmed in their respective positions as CEO and deputy CEO.

Succeeding Stéphane Richard at the head of the telecoms operator, Jacques Aschenbroich is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valeo, where he was CEO from March 2009 until February 2016, followed by CEO until January 2022.
