Orange: Orange Bank buys neobank Anytime

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced that its subsidiary Orange Bank is pursuing its development by acquiring Anytime, a neobank that is dedicated to the needs of professionals, companies and associations.


By becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orange Bank, Anytime will be able to build on Orange's brand image among VSE/SME customers to accelerate its commercial development and enrich the solutions it offers to professionals, Orange says.

Anytime, which has been profitable since 2018, has developed by offering pro accounts, payment and expense management solutions that save time for VSE/SMEs.

With the contribution of Orange's experts, these services will be enhanced in the future to create a complete platform of solutions that aims to support business customers in their efforts, Orange says.
