Orange: 2019 dividend approved at AGM

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces that its Combined General Meeting, held behind closed doors today, has approved the resolutions presented and approved by the Board of Directors, including a dividend of 0.
50 euro per share for the financial year 2019.

Taking into account the interim dividend of 0.30 euro per share already paid in December 2019, the balance to be paid amounts to 0.20 euro per share. The ex-dividend date has been set on 2 June and the balance will be paid on 4 June.

The shareholders also adopted the resolution establishing Orange's "raison d'être" and its inclusion in the articles of association, as well as the appointments of Frédéric Sanchez and Laurence Dalboussière as directors.
