Renault: agreement with Faurecia in electronic repairs

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault and Faurecia Clarion Electronics, Faurecia group's onboard electronics business, have struck a partnership deal for multi-brand electronic repairs in Europe.


Under this agreement, Renault will be able to provide its garage/maintenance and repair partner companies with access to the repair of over 1,000 products on 23 vehicle brands.

This will include the repair of electronic products from the onboard electronics business.

Each product entrusted by Renault to Faurecia Clarion Electronics will be diagnosed, repaired and inspected before being returned to the garage within three to five days on average, the group said.

This activity considerably reduces the use of resources and energy by extending the service life of original equipment.
