Renault: BlackRock reduces stake to under 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Acting on behalf of its clients and funds managed, BlackRock has informed the AMF that on 10 August it reduced its stake in Renault to below the threshold of 5% of its capital, now holding 4.
5% of the French car maker's capital and 3.3% of its voting rights.

The US asset manager said that the breaking of these thresholds results from the sale of Renault shares OTC and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
