Renault: names Clotilde Delbos as interim CEO

(CercleFinance.com) - Renault's Board of Directors met this morning to decide on the Group's governance.


At this meeting, the Board of Directors decided to end the mandate of Mr Thierry Bolloré as Chief Executive Officer of Renault SA and President of Renault s.a.s with immediate effect.
It has decided to appoint, with immediate effect, Ms. Clotilde Delbos as CEO of Renault SA in the interim, while the group looks for a new CEO on a permanent basis.

The Board also appointed Messrs. Olivier Murguet and José Vicente de los Mozos as Deputy CEOs to assist Ms. Clotilde Delbos in her duties.
In addition, Jean-Dominique Senard will assume the presidency of Renault s.a.s during this interim period.
