BNP Paribas REIM: capital increase of E475m

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas REIM announces the completion of new fundraising in recent quarters on behalf of the investment vehicle "Next Estate Income Fund III" (NEIF III).

This fund raising amounts to 475 million euros

The fund's strategy targets core office buildings with a major environmental dimension in the main cities of the euro zone.

Henri Romnicianu, Head of Institutional Clients, Europe said that in all over 1.2 billion euros has been raised for all the Next Estate Income Funds. These vehicles benefit from a high ratio of recurrent investors which have stakes in the three funds.
