BNP Paribas: REIM France transaction in Saint-Ouen

(CercleFinance.com) - Managed by BNP Paribas REIM France, the SCPI Accimmo Pierre property fund has bought from Gecina the entire "Dock-en-Seine" building for about 130 million euros, it was announced on Monday evening.


This office block of some 16,000 square metres has already been under a sales agreement since end-December 2017. Located in Paris' outskirts, in the centre of the Docks de Saint-Ouen business park, a new eco-area of 100 hectares on the banks of the River Seine, it has good access to the public transport network, and especially line 13 of the Paris Metro and the future extension of line 14.

Delivered in 2013, "Dock-en-Seine" was designed by architect Franklin Azzi. It has a surface area of approximately 1,920 square metres for the common floors, as well as a wide range of services for users: RIE, cafeteria, an interior garden and terraces. It is also very environmentally friendly, meeting international standards (NF HQE, Exceptional Construction, HQE Excellent operation, BBC Effinergie - RT 2005).
